BFM Active Ltd offer services and products that will require payment. In conjunction with our Terms herein, you should consult our Shipping and Delivery & Returns section.

Prices, descriptions and availability of our service and products may be subject to change without notice. Our service and products are described as accurately as possible but BFM Active Ltd implies no warranty in respect of the description.

On placing an order, you enter into a legal contract with BFM Active Ltd and you must pay the total price including any relevant taxes and delivery fees as applicable. It is your responsibility to provide the correct details when placing an order and BFM Active Ltd will not be liable for any erroneous details provided by you. If BFM Active Ltd provide offers and discounts, these shall always be offered at their sole discretion and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Offers and discounts may be time limited.

Information in relation to accepted payment methods will be made available during the purchasing process. If payment is not accepted, BFM Active Ltd is under no obligation to fulfil the purchase order. Any fees incurred as a result of failed payments shall be borne by you.
